I work with individuals with a wide variety of presenting problems and of varying backgrounds, including with those for whom absolute discretion is critically important. Among my clients are persons experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger issues, crises of confidence, or struggling with grief and loss, overwhelming emotion, relationship difficulties, or differences in thinking style. For persons who are having trouble feeling relaxed, or are experiencing insomnia or other sleep issues, I can offer effective practical help. Also, I have had extensive experience helping individuals who are dealing with addiction and substance abuse problems, and with helping individuals manage and recover from the effects of high levels of stress, including workplace stress, traumatic stress, trauma, abuse, and PTSD. I am experienced working with individuals diagnosed with serious psychiatric disorders.
